NORTECH Polycarbonat-Reiniger. the cleanser to remove graffity and colours from sensitve plastics ( e.g. für acryl and  polycarbonate plastics, plastic panes, even most lacquer for cars can be cleaned as some well hardened one-component synthetic resin sealant, solvent resistent plastic films, and a lot of film coated materials. (Because of the responsivity of the various materials to be found, please always check the sensitive to this mild cleanser)

1 Ltr. NORTECH Polycarbonat-Reiniger, should be at the hand of each employee of a cleaning company, the caretaker, for all, who have to remove „tags“ and small sized graffity from surfaces, that may be sensitive to solvents. 1 Ltr. NORTECH Polycarbonat-Reiniger may be enough for 5 to 11 sqm, depends on the thickness and the sort of the colours to be solved.

Remove colours of sprays and markers form sensitive surfaces, sometimes even from surfaces that are sensitive to other solvents.

Because of the responsivity of the various materials to be found, please always check the sensitive to this mild cleaner. Test it at a small hidden area an get some hints how to go ahead professionally .

And this is the way to test the sensibility to solvents of the surface:

Put some NORTECH Polycarbonat-Reiniger on a cloth and start rubbing the ground for 5-10 times up and down on a hidden area.  Is the material of the surface etched by the cleaner, becomes it sticky or transperant products become “milky”, then this surface is to sensibile to this smooth cleaner.  Please stop and contact the hotline for further information. 

If there is no difference, spring clean the testing area by using enough water mixed with some washing-up liquid several times.

Now, in the same way, you may test the disslolving of the colours and inks by smoth rubbing. If necessary and you are sure the surface is strong enough, use a brush or a cleaning pad. After removing the colour spring clean the area by using enough water as described above. By this you remove rest of the cleaner and you are stopping the dissolving process.  So you can see, whether the mostly more aggressive solvants of the spray or the marker has influenced the surface and solved it before. Keep always in mind, that this might had happened.

So if you do the test, you can show that not the smooth NORTECH Polycarbonat-Reiniger had not hurt and solved the surface but the sprays or the markers.

If you are not sure how a surface react with the cleaner out of your personal experience, we strictly recommend to make the testing on a hidden area to avoid problems.

And this is the way to clean perfectly:

NORTECH Polycarbonat-Reiniger is used with a  cloth or a brush direkt on the colours after testing the surface as described above. You may have an easy cleaning, if the colours are not so old. You can expect a quick dissolving but you must keep in mind, that thick and older spray-colours will take some time (  up to 3 – 5 minutes)  to dissolve completely. If necessary, take away the partly dissolved colour by using a clean cloth or some papertowles and restart the cleaning process.

Wipe off the dissolved colours and do not use them again. Are there some shadows left, try it again with fresh cleaner. Deep penatrated shadows normaly will be destroyed by sun- and even by dayligth within some weeks. You also can repeat the cleaning process after a week or so to improve results.

Alwayse after using the NORTECH Polycarbonat-Reiniger spring clean the surface carefully, several times  by using enough water. You may mix it up with some washing up lquid to improve the wetting.
